Since the initial EFTA release on January 31, 2026, the DOJ has removed, re-redacted, or reclassified multiple files from the public release. The most significant removal was the complete takedown of Dataset 10 (503,154 files) citing CSAM concerns. This tracker documents what was removed and when. Where we have cached copies, they are preserved for legitimate research purposes.
How we track: We monitor the DOJ EFTA release URLs for changes using automated diff scripts. When files are removed, modified, or re-redacted, the event is logged here. Cached copies are preserved from our initial complete download of all 12 datasets performed within hours of the January 31, 2026 release.
